ABOUT
TEAM

Fujisan Shizuoka Racing is a motorsports team established in Shizuoka in January 2025 to compete in the KYOJO CUP, a racing series dedicated to female drivers.

We are not a team that simply pursues results on the track.

Our ambition is to create excitement in the community—
to inspire children,
to spark conversations like “Let’s go cheer at Fuji Speedway next time,”
and to become a source of pride for the people of Shizuoka.

We aim to be a team that makes people say,
“We’re glad this team exists in Shizuoka.”

Our battleground is Fuji Speedway in Shizuoka.
Together with the people of our prefecture.

The KYOJO CUP is held at Fuji Speedway—an international circuit that the people of Shizuoka proudly call their own.

As a hometown team, Fujisan Shizuoka Racing moves forward with the support of passionate fans and many companies and organizations across the prefecture. From the foothills of Mt. Fuji, we take on this challenge to help drive the future of Shizuoka and Japan.

Our staff structure is also built together with local partners. Not only experienced members, but young talent as well, join our team as we work to foster the next generation.

Our Second-Year Challenge:
Moving Forward with a Two-Car Team.

The 2026 season marks our second year competing in the KYOJO CUP.

Rina Ito, who has accompanied the team as a support driver since last season,
and Paige Ladats from Australia now join us as we begin a new challenge
with a two-car lineup.

Expanding our structure is more than simply increasing the number of cars.
It reflects our commitment to delivering even greater excitement to Shizuoka.

Together with our drivers, mechanics, team staff, sponsors,
the fans who cheer for us,
and the people of Shizuoka—

Step by step, steadily,
we move forward with our hometown.

Our Three Key Challenges

Fujisan Shizuoka Racing aims to address three key social challenges through the KYOJO CUP.
  • 1

    Boosting Inbound Tourism

Racing offers a unique excitement that cannot be experienced anywhere else.
Japan is a motorsports nation recognized worldwide, with advanced automotive technology, a strong industry, and internationally accredited circuits.

We aim to leverage these strengths—not only as industrial assets but also as tourism resources—to further promote inbound tourism.
  • 2

    Women’s Empowerment

The KYOJO CUP, launched in 2017, is a racing series dedicated to female drivers under the slogan “Empowering Women Through Motorsports.”
As a participating team, we not only compete in the championship but also work to contribute to solving the broader social challenge of advancing women’s participation in society.
  • 3

    Automotive Sustainability

Japan’s automotive industry is one of the nation’s core industries.
Today, one of its major challenges is the aging workforce, particularly among mechanics—a trend seen across many racing teams.

Our team is committed not only to supporting veteran staff but also to involving and developing younger members. Through this approach, we aim to strengthen the sustainability of the automotive industry by fostering the next generation of talent.
To support the development of young talent, we have begun welcoming students from the Shizuoka Institute of Automotive Technology as mechanic support members starting from the 2026 season.
Fujisan Shizuoka Racing entered into a partnership agreement with Shizuoka Prefecture on July 14, 2025, to collaborate on motorsports promotion, regional revitalization, and related initiatives.

About Sponsorship
What we offer is a truly special experience—one that carries exceptional value.
One of the defining features of the KYOJO CUP, in which Fujisan Shizuoka Racing competes, is its strict organizer-managed regulations. All teams race with identical machines, creating a competition where driver skill and racecraft determine the outcome—this is the greatest appeal of the series.

While traditional motorsports have often served as a platform for automotive manufacturers to showcase their technological capabilities, the KYOJO CUP eliminates differences in machinery. This allows companies outside the automotive industry to participate meaningfully in the racing world.

By welcoming involvement from non-automotive companies, the KYOJO CUP moves closer to realizing its mission: “Empowering Women Through Motorsports.” This approach also contributes to addressing the broader social challenge of advancing women’s participation in society.

We aim to share the excitement of competing head‑to‑head against experienced teams with significant resources, delivering these intense battles to a wider audience. Through this, we hope to contribute to strengthening your brand as well.

We sincerely invite you to support Fujisan Shizuoka Racing.
Fujisan Shizuoka Racing offers three key values through our sponsorship program.
